B. KARAOGLOU S.A. came about from the conversion of the sole trader enterprise B. KARAOGLOU Accountants Office, which began business in Northern Greece in Thessaloniki in May 1982, into a Societe Anonyme.

The company was in operation in Thessaloniki and following its success among the business world in Thessaloniki and Northern Greece in general, today continues to operate as a Societe Anonyme housed in privately owned premises covering 700 m2 with more than 30 full-time staff and around 200 associates employed in businesses supervised by Β.ΚΑΡΑΟΓΛΟΥ ΑΕ.

The accounting firm B. KARAOGLOU S.A. supervises and is exclusively responsible for organizing the accounts offices and tax planning for the largest companies in Thessaloniki and Northern Greece in general while at the same time also participates in accounting firms and associations abroad and is constantly seeking to expand its activities.
